If your ritual fails
If a confirmed payment does not deliver your curse page and certificate, the operator should resolve the delivery problem or issue a refund. Duplicate charges for the same purchase should be refunded.
After delivery
A successfully delivered digital novelty purchase is generally final, subject to any applicable consumer rights. The absence of a real supernatural effect is expected: the curse is fictional.
Refunded curses
A full Stripe refund deactivates the public curse link. Your payment information remains with Stripe; no card details are shown to recipients.
